Yes! It’s back and we are all SO excited! We are giving away a refund OR a gift card of up to $500 to one (1) lucky customer who can send us a pretty picture of our rug in his/her home! Snap a photo of your The Rug Lady purchase and join the #therugladylove Photo Competition to get featured on our page and win amazing prizes!

    Deadline of Entries: September 18, 2020

    Announcement of Winner: October 1, 2020

    Prize: One (1) winner will receive a refund on his/her previous order OR a gift card of as much as $500 for a succeeding order; One (1) voter will receive a $100 voucher for a succeeding order

    Terms and Conditions:

    By joining this competition, all participants agree to the following terms:

    1. The competition is open to Australian residents only.
    2. The competition will begin on 1st September and will end at 11:59pm AEST on 31st September 2020.
    3. To join the contest, participants need to: 

            a. Facebook

      • Share the competition post or entry on their Facebook walls and caption it with '#therugladylove'. The shared post should be set to 'Public' for validation purposes.
      • Inbox us their own styled photo of the rug purchased from our store with their email address.

           b. Instagram

      • Share the competition post or entry on their Instagram feeds and caption it with '#therugladylove'. @theruglady_au should be tagged in the photo for verification purposes.
      • DM us their own styled photo of the rug purchased from our store with their email address.
    4. Five (5) photos will be picked by The Rug Lady team on September 18 and will be named as Finalists. Each Finalist’s entry will be posted on our social media platforms from September 21-25, and the photo with the most number of likes and comments on the post wins the grand prize.
    5. Voting is open to the public and can be done for as many times as possible.
    6. One lucky voter will be drawn by The Rug Lady team and will win a $100 gift card to be used for a future purchase. The voter will have to follow The Rug Lady’s Instagram or Facebook Page to be awarded the prize.
    7. Only one (1) photo competition entry can be accepted per customer.
    8. Incomplete entries will not be considered for judging.
    9. Deadline of submission of photo competition entries will be on September 18, 2020.
    10. Entries which have been submitted to enter previous cycles of this photo competition will not be considered. Participants who have joined the previous cycles will need to submit new images as entries.
    11. Winning participants of the previous photo competition cycles are not qualified to re-enter.
    12. One (1) winner will be announced across all of The Rug Lady’s social media pages on 1st October 2020.
    13. The winner has the option to receive either a gift card which can be used on his/her next purchase at our store OR a refund for his/her previous order of up to $500, depending on his/her previous purchase price.
    14. Gift cards cannot be converted to cash and is not transferable.
    15. The gift cards have a validity of six (6) weeks from the date of issue. If unused, it will be deemed void and no cash equivalent will be issued to the winner.
    16. Photo entries become the property of The Rug Lady PTY LTD upon submission and may be used in any manner deemed appropriate by the company without compensation nor notification given to participants.
    17. Entrants warrant that their submissions and materials are original, do not infringe the intellectual property right of any third party, and have not been previously published and/or been used to win prizes in any other competition.
